This 1974 Porsche 911 Carrera coupe is one of 528 imported to the US for the model year and was purchased by the previous owner in 1981. It is powered by a 2.7-liter flat-six mated to a five-speed manual transaxle and is finished in Light Yellow over Midnight leatherette upholstery. Features include 15? Fuchs alloy wheels, body-color bumpers, a front spoiler, high-back front bucket seats, power windows, and an aftermarket stereo system. This Carrera is now offered on dealer consignment with a clean Montana title.The car was finished from the factory in Light Yellow and features flared rear fenders, body-color headlight trim rings, dark chrome window trim and door handles, Carrera-script side lettering, a front spoiler, and body-color impact bumpers.
Forged 15? Fuchs alloy wheels feature polished spokes and are mounted with 195/65 and 205/60 Kumho tires. A space-saver spare is stored in the front trunk. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel ventilated disc brakes. The brake fluid was flushed in 2018, at which time the steering rack boots were replaced. The sway bar mounts were replaced in 2022.
Midnight leatherette upholstery covers the front high-back bucket seats, folding rear seats, and side panels. Appointments include power windows, an analog clock, a JVC CD player, Polk cabin speakers, and a heated rear window.
The three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of VDO instrumentation including a 150-mph speedometer, a centrally mounted tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, oil level, oil temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 68k miles and has rolled over.
The 2.7-liter flat-six features Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection and was factory rated at 167 horsepower and 168 lb-ft of torque. The engine was rebuilt in 2008, and the valve covers were replaced in 2016. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale.
