Purple Metallic over a black interior with orange accents and shows approximately 7,200
miles. It has been professionally modified by Late Model Racecraft with its Stage 1 bottom-
mount twin-turbo system and further upgraded using a carefully selected combination of
genuine GM and premium aftermarket components. The build was designed to retain the
E?Ray’s factory drivability, all-wheel-drive capability and finished appearance while
substantially increasing its performance and creating a cohesive, factory-inspired ZR1
appearance.
The car has approximately 7,200 miles and a clean Carfax. Documentation includes the
LMR invoice, before-and-after dyno results, AGM invoices, accessory receipts, service
records and a detailed expense summary.
LMR Stage 1 Twin-Turbo Conversion
Late Model Racecraft completed its Stage 1 twin-turbo package specifically adapted to the
E-Ray platform. The system was designed around factory-style integration, everyday
drivability and serviceability.
The LMR work includes:
Bottom-mounted twin-turbocharger system
Custom turbocharger piping and supporting hardware
Air-to-water intercooling system
Turbo boost and coolant-line routing adapted specifically for the E-Ray
Global B ECU unlock
HP Tuners licensing and calibration support
Custom LMR dyno calibration
Pre-installation vehicle health inspection
Before-and-after dyno testing
Professional installation at LMR’s Houston facility
Factory cold-start behavior retained
Factory drive modes retained
OEM-style street drivability retained
LMR 12-month/12,000-mile package warranty when originally installed
The gasoline engine produced 427.8 horsepower and 394.6 lb-ft of torque during baseline
testing. Following the LMR conversion and calibration, it produced 612.5 horsepower and
525.7 lb-ft of torque, representing a documented gain of 184.7 horsepower.
LMR describes the Stage 1 package as producing approximately 700 horsepower at the
crank.
The E-Ray also uses a factory front electric motor rated by Chevrolet at 160
horsepower. Adding the factory motor rating to the LMR gasoline-engine dyno result
produces a calculated figure of approximately 772.5 horsepower.
The 772.5-horsepower figure should be understood as an estimate rather than the result of
a single all-wheel-drive dyno pull, since it combines LMR’s measured gasoline-engine
output with Chevrolet’s published rating for the front electric motor.
The car was featured in an LMR video documenting the build and its performance gains.
Genuine GM Center-Exit Exhaust and Rear Conversion
The LMR invoice documents the installation of a genuine OEM Z06 center exhaust section,
including the center-exit tip assembly and associated mounting hardware.
When the ZR1-style high wing was installed, the original E-Ray rear bumper was replaced
with genuine GM Z06/Z07-style rear bumper components. This was intentionally done so
the high wing could be installed without leaving visible or plugged mounting holes from the
original E-Ray spoiler.
The result is a properly finished, factory-style rear appearance with the high wing and
center-exit exhaust incorporated into the car as a complete design rather than as unrelated
add-on pieces.
